Returns & warranty

14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

• Notify us of the cancellation within that 14-day window, quoting your order reference (FF-…).
• Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We will provide the return authorisation and return address when you notify us.
• We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return), to the original payment method.
• Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. A deduction can be made for value lost through handling beyond that.

Faulty goods

Memory that is dead on arrival or develops a fault is our problem, not yours. Contact us with the order reference and a description of the fault; we cover return shipping for confirmed faults and will repair, replace or refund.

Warranty

Every kit carries a two-year warranty, handled directly by Flowfinds Solutions Ltd.

• EU consumers additionally hold the statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity that applies to new goods.
• UK consumers hold their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
• The warranty covers defects in materials and function. It does not cover physical damage, overclocking beyond the module's specification, or modification.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

How to start a return or claim

Contact us with your order reference (FF-…) before sending anything. Returns without an authorisation cannot be matched to an order reliably and may be delayed.

Confirm the returns contact email and the returns address to issue with authorisations. The address is deliberately not published on the site.
